Shipping policy

We currently only offer priority shipping through USPS. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday will usually be shipped out same day. On average our clients receive their hair between 2-3 business days, but once they leave our store, it is out of our hands. Around holidays and other national ideals, it may take a bit longer. Please be patient and if you do not receive your hair within a week, please contact us through the form on our website. We do not currently offer any expedited shipping. If you do not reside in the U.S, please give us a call to place your order. Please make sure to add your email address in your order to receive a tracking number.
