HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS

Human hair extensions may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase only if they are:

• Unopened and unused

• Still attached to the original packaging exactly as sold

• In their original condition

Hair that has been opened, worn, installed, colored, bleached, washed, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise altered is considered FINAL SALE.

Approved exchanges are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
NO EXCEPTIONS ON FINAL-SALE ITEMS.
